Rutherford, Arlene- After a courageous battle with a brief illness, peacefully, on Saturday October 12, 2013 at the Georgetown Hospital. Arlene, 76 years of age, beloved wife of Allan for 54 years. Loving mother of Rick, Wendy and Cheryl and her husband Kevin. Proud grandmother of Brady, Dylan, Amanda and Ryan and great-grandmother of Colton. Devoted daughter of Irene (Vince) and her late father Allan. Dear sister of Earl (Elaine), Karen (the late Don), Ken (Sharon) and Barb (Reynold). Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Tuesday from 7-9 pm. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday October 16, at 11:00 am.
