Annemarie Lang

Peacefully at her home in Georgetown, surrounded by her family, Annemarie Elisabeth Lang passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at the age of 85.

Beloved wife of the late Dr. Alexander Lang (2019), with whom she shared 55 loving years of marriage. Cherished and most wonderful and wise mother to Isabelle Warner (Mike Martin) and Christine Reymer (Dan Reymer). Proud and devoted Mama to Alexie, Evan and Luke who she spoiled and loved spending time with.

Annemarie captured so many people’s hearts and had the most beautiful presence. She will be deeply missed by her many dear friends in Georgetown who all helped look out for her, welcomed her into their homes and met up every Thursday for wings, pizza and a beer. She will be missed by her friends in England, where she spent 13 unforgettable years, and also by her remaining family in her homeland of Switzerland.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Parish, 14400 Argyll Road, Georgetown. A Celebration of Life will follow.

Annemarie has been cremated and will be laid to rest at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, reunited with her beloved Alex.
