Absent from the body, Present with the Lord

On the 15th day of February, 2024 the Lord called Anne Bouwman home into His loving arms. Anne in her 87 year, wife of the late John Bouwman, cherished mother of Darlene VanRavens (Art), her late son Robert Bouwman (Kim), sister to the late Francis Glabais, and the late Alex Glabais (Audy).  A cherished Grandma to Jeffery (Bethany) VanRavens, Kaitlin (Omar) Butt, Craig VanRavens (Kyle) and Christopher (Hilary) VanRavens., Krista Bouwman (Paul) , Shawna Bouwman-DeHaan (Will) & Cari Bouwman. Loved Nana to her great grandchildren, Julia, Chase, Lincoln, Emma, Owen, Shae & Serena.

Mom, Grandma, Nana: we love you very much and you will always hold a special place in our hearts and live there forever. Memories last forever, thank you for so many happy ones.

The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the staff at the Mountainview Residence where Anne has been a cherished residence for the last 9+ years. You were her second family. Thank you for your kindness & loving her so much. You truly blessed her last years of life.

Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown on Wednesday February 21 from 6-8 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday February 22 at 11 am. Reception to follow in the Trafalgar Room, Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Georgetown, In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Parkinson Foundation would be appreciated.
