Hole, Millicent “Amy” – Peacefully, on Friday, July 1, 2022 at the Bennett Health Care Centre, Georgetown. Amy, in her 100th year, wife of the late John Hole. Loving mother of Rosemarie Ostrander, John (Susan), Norma (David) Frost, Gary, Doug (Kathy) Brinley (Debbie) and the late Betty Mellon. Loved nan of Brian, Mark, Jeannette, Kevin, Carol, Cheryl, Dave, Paul, Stephen, Mellissa, Lyndsey, Jessika, Doug, Patrick, Amanda, Brittany and Kendra. Great grandmother of 30 great grandchildren and great great grandmother of many great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her sister Joan. Amy will be forever remembered for her kindness, generosity and the love of her family and friends. Family and friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905) 877-3631 on Friday, July 8, from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, July 9, at 11 a.m. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Georgetown. Reception to follow at Br. # 120 Royal Canadian Legion, Georgetown. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
